Exercises with your hips as the primary target:

  • Glute Press

    Using the tube for glute press adds resistance in order to make your hip fatigue in fewer reps.

  • Hip Abduction

    This can be done back to back with any of the exercises that involve stepping on the tube to give your arms a slight rest while you work your legs.

  • Side-lying Hip Abduction

    By using the tube in a circle-shape, you are adding resistance to the simple hip abduction exercise, or clam, in order to fatigue your muscles faster.

Exercises with your hips as a contributor:

  • Squats

    Standing on the tube adds more resistance than just your body weight alone. You can make it even more challenging by shortening the length of the tube.
