Arm Exercises - Resistance Tube

Other ways to work your Arms: Bodyweight Free Weight Machine Medicine Ball Stability Ball Stretching

Exercises with your arms as the primary target:

  • Bicep Curl

This exercise can easily follow a shoulder or arm exercise for a fast transition in your arm workout with tubes.

  • Forearm Curl

You can do this exercise right after doing arm and shoulder work with tubes, thus reducing transition time between exercises.

  • Tricep Extension

This requires a place to secure the tube if you do it with two arms at a time, but it can also be done one tricep at a time by holding one end above your head and the other end down by your hip.

  • Incline Tricep Extension

As long as you have a place to secure one end of the tube, you can do this exercise which targets your tricep at a different angle than some other traditional tricep exercises.

  • Overhead Tricep Extension

By standing on one end of the tube, you create a fixed point of resistance so can isolate one tricep at a time.

  • Reverse Forearm Curl

This is a good exercise if you participate in sports such as baseball or rock climbing.

  • Rotating Bicep Curl

Tubes are a great way to work your biceps because you can take them anywhere since they don't take up much space or weigh a lot.

  • Tricep Kickback

This tube exercise works both triceps at once-you only need a secure place to loop the tube around.

  • Tris And Traps

This is one of the best posture promoters to help get rid of slouched posture.

Exercises with your arms as a contributor:

  • Chest Fly

Doing chest fly with tubes provides constant tension, and you can easily make it harder or easier by adjusting your distance from the middle of the tube.
