  • Advanced Bosu Balance

    This is an advanced exercise to try once you are comfortable balancing on the Bosu. It is challenging because of the incredible stability and strength needed in one leg to support the weight of the whole body.

  • Advanced Bosu Sit

    Sitting on the Bosu with both feet off of the floor requires strength and balance.

  • Bosu Balance

    This is the basic position you want to be in when doing any type of exercise on the Bosu.

  • Bosu Glute Press

    This builds strength in the hips and thighs and stability in the hips.

  • Bosu Sit

    This is the foundation for all seated Bosu exercises and translates to good posture while using the stability ball as well.

  • Intermediate Bosu Sit

    This is a fun way to strengthen the abs and improve your core balance as you sit on the soft Bosu.
