Advanced Wobble Board Stand

  • Hold a medicine ball in your hands. Stand on the right end of the wobble board with the right foot, then step onto the left end of the wobble board with the left foot.

  • Twist with your upper body from the waist to the left side of the room, then to the right taking your focus with you and keeping your hips neutral.

  • Wobble board, medicine ball

  • Hips 

  • Lower Legs  Thighs 

  • External and Internal Obliques, Glutes Medius, Gluteus Minimus, Gastrocnemius, Soleus

  • TIP: Keep your focus on the ball or just above the ball looking at the nearest wall, and keep your head squarely on your shoulders so that the only twisting movement happens in your waist.
