Front Deltoid Raise - Stability Ball

  • Select two dumbbells and sit on the ball in Active Sitting Position with straight arms and shoulders pulled back and towards the floor.

  • With your thumbs facing inwards, lift your arms straight in front of you while parallel to each other, pause, then lower to the starting position.

  • Shoulders 

  • Arms 

  • Anterior deltoid, Levator scapulae

  • TIP: Keep your elbows slightly bent in order to reduce stress on the joint.
