  • Step on the tube with both feet. Hold the handles with your palms facing back, thumbs rotated slightly forward. Pull your shoulders back and down.

  • Raise both arms directly in front of your shoulders with your arms straight. Lower to starting position, then repeat. Separate your feet to increase difficulty.
