Secure the tube on a stable fixture or close the assist strap in a high position in a doorway. Hold one handle in each hand and face away from the wall. Step forward with one foot and bend your knee.
Press the handles down towards the floor at an angle. Straighten your elbows, pause and squeeze your chest muscles, then return your elbows to a 90 degree angle.

TIP: Keep the tubes on top of your arms so that they just skim your arms while you are moving your arms.
