Chest Press - Resistance Tube

Other types of Chest Press: Free Weight Machine Stability Ball

  • Secure the tube around a pole or place the assist strap in a door frame. Face away from the door with one handle in each hand.

  • Press the handles forward, palms down, until your arms are straight. The tube should barely skim the top of your arm as you bend your elbows back to a 90 degree bend.

  • Chest 

  • Arms  Shoulders 

  • Pectoralis major and minor

  • TIP: Place one foot about 2 feet in front of the other to stabilize yourself, then switch your forward foot halfway through your set, or just remember to put the other foot front for your next set.
