Oblique Twist With Medicine Ball

  • Stand on one foot with the other foot placed at the opposite ankle. Hold a medicine ball in front of your sternum.

  • Twist from the waist towards the right wall, then return to center and continue to the left. Keep your hips and legs still without any twisting.

  • Medicine ball or light-medium weight object

  • Hips 

  • Abdominals  Back 

  • Quadriceps Femoris, Gastrocnemius, Soleus, Obliques

  • TIP: Focus on the ball and carry your head with you as you twist.
