Other types of Leg Extension: Bodyweight Stability Ball

  • Adjust the machine so that the back of your knees are hugging the edge of the seat. Maintain erect posture and hold onto the handles to prevent your hip flexors from doing the work.

  • Extend your lower legs keeping your knees and ankles hip width apart. Pause with your legs straight, then slowly lower your legs and repeat without letting the weight stack touch the bottom.

  • Thighs 

  • Quadriceps

  • TIP: Hold onto the handles and pull your hips firmly to the seat maintaining erect posture to prevent your hip flexors from doing the work.
