  • Stand with your knees slightly bent, engage your abs, and slightly retract your scapulae.

  • Lift the dumbbells straight in front of your shoulders with palms down. Pause at shoulder height, then lower slowly to the starting position.

  • Shoulders 

  • Arms 

  • Anterior deltoid, Pectoralis major, Lateral deltoid, Middle and lower trapezius, Serratus anterior

  • TIP: Keep your arms parallel to each other and your chin parallel to the floor.
