Stand with your feet slightly apart. If desired, hold lightly onto a wall for balance.
Raise your heels through the center of the ball of your feet as high as you can, then lightly touch the floor with your heels before you raise up again.
TIP: Keep your feet parallel and knees pointing straight front. Keep your chin parallel to the ground and maintain neutral alignment. Knees should remain straight throughout the exercise.
