  • Lay in hook-lying position (on your back with your feet hip width apart and feet flat). Place your hands behind your head.

  • Lift your head and shoulders up and twist your torso towards the right leg, continue through the center, then twist to face the left leg.

  • None

  • Abdominals 

  • Rectus abdominis, Internal and external obliques

  • TIP: Twist your entire torso from the waist upward as you move to the left or the right, keeping your neck in neutral.
