I am a personal trainer and love to workout. I am looking to lower my body fat and sculpt myself a bit more.
I participate in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer 40 miles.
I am more overweight than I would like to be
To reduce my weight by 10% in the next 6 weeks.
Finding the time. When my husband travels, it is harder to get them in.
I make goal charts to chart my progress.
One that is fun, goes quickly, challenges me and leaves me just a little bit achey the next day!
Lose body fat
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I consider myself somewhat of an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
