    • I am a personal trainer and love to workout. I am looking to lower my body fat and sculpt myself a bit more.

    • I participate in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer 40 miles.

    • I am more overweight than I would like to be

    • To reduce my weight by 10% in the next 6 weeks.

    • Finding the time. When my husband travels, it is harder to get them in.

    • I make goal charts to chart my progress.

    • One that is fun, goes quickly, challenges me and leaves me just a little bit achey the next day!
