About Me

  • Was 250 lbs of unhealthy fat in 2003-- in 6 months was 165 lbs and had developed muscle... and ran in a half-marathon. Today in 2010 Im fitter than ever!

    I am searching for a workout partner to help with spotting during weight training.. either Goldsboro. NC or in Raleigh area at Gold's Gyms.
