  • Im 25 years old I havent always been overwieght I really just need someone I can depend on to help motivate me an in turn be motivated.

  • during college I lost 15 pounds an people noticed

  • After a very bad tragedy I gained the wieght back plus some an never got it off

  • Im hioing to drop about 60lbs an then have a baby after

    I am a retired 57 year old who, over the past two years, gained 60 lbs due to medication. I'm fairly experienced in aerobics and strength training but, like you, I need a partner to get me motivated.

    How often and where do you want to work out? I live in Victorian Village. Are you close or far away?
