  • I chose to become a personal trianer to empower people into improving their lifes through positive change. IT IS MY PASSION TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS!!!!

    Certified NASM Personal Trainer that is instructing clients with research proven evidence based fitness training!

    I WILL,

    Evaluate client status in resistance, cardio, flexibility and core fitness.


    Customize exercise programs for the individuals fitness goals and needs.


    Facilitate designed fitness program into action through proper coaching.


    Maintain utmost client safety during exercise fitness sessions.


    Develop and progress workout routine to further improve the skill and fitness level of client.


    Correct and adjust exercise routine on the spot for safety and or regression/progression purposes.


    Organize and instruct group exercise classes in resistance, agility and boot camp styles of structure.


    Motivate and encourage the client to continue and progress the healthy lifestyle leading them step by step to meeting their desired goals!
