I like to train using periodization for both fitness and nutrition
My passion is to get middle-aged mothers working out and feeling good about themselves. Since I am in this age group, I understand the issues and can tailor workouts to get them to their goals.

I was an assistant to the Danskin Western Ma tri team in 05
I have trained many friends to their first triathlon and 5k race.

I am the mother of two teenagers (18 and 16). I am a high tech professional with a passion for triathlon. I've been competing myself in triathlons for the past 5 seasons sprint distances through 1/2 iron (my first this year).
I also just got certified as a USA Cycling coach and a life guard. In October I am going to a USA Triathlon coaching clinic to get my certification in Triathlon too. I am an assistance coach of our local triathlon team, and co-president of the Landrys Bicycle triathlon team.
completing my first 1/2 ironman this year and placing in the top 3 of my age group in my last 3 sprint distance triathlons
last season getting plantar facitis due to new orthotics and I couldn't train/race most of the season
I will train to complete Ironman Florida next year but have some mechanical issues that might prevent this long of a distance running. But, I'll try and see what happens!

I love to work out so I don't need motivation. But, having people say that I look 10 years younger than I am certainly helps!
