Hi everyone. I just joined this site today and wanted to introduce myself and share my goals with you all.
My name is John, im 41 and am from Ohio.
I got up to 270 lbs and hated the way i look and feel. I would like to loose 45 lbs and weigh around 225 lbs. I have already lost 18 lbs. with diet and exercise.I really need work on my belly area, I seem to retain all my weight there. Also need to work on my cholesterol levels doc says they are borderline and I dont want to take medication for it...
My workouts have consisted of 2 miles on the Treadmill (walk/run) and weight lifting upper body only thus far.
I am also interested in learning more about fitness and nutrition.
