I exercise to feel good. This year I am considering running my first event. Beyond my normal exercise routine I enjoy snowboarding & hiking. Some of my other hobbies include dancing to electronic music, product design hobbies, and hanging out with my girlfriend.
If I can maintain & full day on the hill when snowboarding then I am pleased.
If I make it to the gym less than 3 times per week I feel sluggish.
I want to run a short race this year.
I have never tried pilates.
Finding the time to work out is a challenge. I also need to discover or create a more diverse weight training program.
I think about how much better I will feel after I exercise.
A great work out to me is when I have pushed myself that extra 25% no matter what I do.
I am able to get started, but need help pushing myself through a hard workout.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
