About Me

  • I am a 43 year old Software Engineer who in my spare time enjoys working out to stay in shape. I enjoy weightlifting, cross training routines and core workouts.

  • I can now do over 30 pull up.

  • I still find Hatha Yoga challenging.

  • To get my body fat percentage down to 10%.

  • I prefer partners who push through an intense workout with minimal chit-chat.
