About Me

    • I'm turning 30 this year. It's time to get back into the shape I was years ago and hit my goals again. Looking to do both a half & full marathon this year, but am starting from scratch again.

    • I was 95% finished with a trail Ultra Marathon 2 years ago when I rolled my ankle. Up until then I was feeling great.

    • I couldn't finish the Ultra, or barely walk on my leg at the time. I was so upset that I worked so hard and couldn't finish. That was actually my last race of any kind.

    • Either have a kick ass 10K time, something that rivals my old high school times, or do a Half/Full marathon this year

    • Since I'm in Dallas, trying to find a good running route where I don't have to worry about cars

    • I have my iPod and (unfortunatly) a bathroom mirror

    • Feeling so tired and drained, but still feeling like an extra mile or set is within reach

    Fitness Details

    • Lose body fat

    • I am consistent and able to workout intensely.

    • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

    • I consider myself somewhat of an expert.

    • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

    • Evenings (5pm-10pm)
