I am becoming serious about taking better care of myself. I have started to watch what I eat and started walking. I enjoy the outdoors, being close to nature. Wish I had more time to enjoy the simple things in life. I enjoy being silly and laughing, people say I have a great sense of humor.
I consider each days work out a success.
I have a hard time staying with it, I always seem to lose my motivation when I stop seeing results.
Improving cardio and loseing another 10 pounds. My goal is 10 pounds a month.
I have always wanted to try yoga. I need some major help with flexabily first.
Getting started after working all day. I have no problem on my days off.
I am still working on this one!. Lots of loud music helps......
Improve cardiovascular strength
I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I am a novice and dont know where to start.
I prefer to exercise alone.
