About Me

  • I currently train more than 10 hours a week.

  • Being injury free!!

  • Being injured on and off for the last 18 months.

    I would love to be injury free for more than a month at a time.

  • The next big goal I am aiming for is to obtain qualifying times for 2010 world master championships.

    I recently competed in the British Masters Long course championships and managed to finish in the top ten for every race that I swam in. I also managed to win 2 medals, which is a first for me as I have never won anything at this level before.

    At this meet I managed to gain at least 8 qualifying times for this years European Masters Championships, again this is another first for me!

  • A new fitness activity that I would like to takeup is running.

    Also I am interested in becoming either a fitness instructor or personal trainer before I hit the big 40!

  • Probably the best way to keep you motivated is the use of a personal trainer. They have the knowledge and expertise to show you the best exercises to keep you motivated.

  • Having a personal trainer that understands what you are looking for in a workout to ultimately achieve my goals.

    3 months again I would never have imagined swimming the times I have recently without the assistance and guidance from Stephen my personal trainer.
