40 year old female
I have currently joined the triathlon wave and have competed
in 2 sprint distances. Running is one of my weakest points and I'm looking at improving it during the winter. I'm going to be
working on my endurance and form. I enjoy running and other
sports that push me mentally, spirtually, and physically!
To complete in a 1/2 marathon and a Olympic Distance Triathlon
Keeping myself motivated while the days are getting shorter
Think about goals that I would like to meet, how I feel during and after my workout, and all the other wonderful positives in working out!
Feeling good after the great workout, pusing myself to my limits,
and improving on my workouts.
Improve overall health
I am able to get started, but need help pushing myself through a hard workout.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
