    About Me

    • I have currently joined the triathlon wave and have competed
      in 2 sprint distances. Running is one of my weakest points and I'm looking at improving it during the winter. I'm going to be
      working on my endurance and form. I enjoy running and other
      sports that push me mentally, spirtually, and physically!

    • To complete in a 1/2 marathon and a Olympic Distance Triathlon

    • Keeping myself motivated while the days are getting shorter

    • Think about goals that I would like to meet, how I feel during and after my workout, and all the other wonderful positives in working out!

    • Feeling good after the great workout, pusing myself to my limits,
      and improving on my workouts.

    Fitness Details

    • Improve overall health

    • I am able to get started, but need help pushing myself through a hard workout.

    • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

    • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

    • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

    • Evenings (5pm-10pm)
