  • 6'4" over weight due to several factors

  • 4 years ago I could do 3 miles in 30 minutes, and prior to that period of time had no past exerrcise experience

  • today; 1 mile in 16 minutes

  • reach 3 miles in 30 minutes while losing 70 - 80 pounds

  • I have a stair eliptical, tackling i

  • getting the motovation to do it again

  • look in the mirror, and remember my family has major history of heart disease

  • being soaked with sweat and wantig more

Fitness Details

  • Improve overall health

  • I have little motivation to exercise.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.

  • I prefer to exercise alone.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)
