About Me

  • I just ran my first Half Marathon! And I've done a Ragnar event! I was never a runner, but now I'm addicted!! Looking for friends in the area to run with in the evenings to help with motivating me to get out the door!

  • I just completed my first Half :)

  • Quitting martial arts after 7 yrs. And getting up to 192 lbs :(

  • Ragnar Las Vegas (18.7 miles total) in 3 legs
    My second half-marathon in January
    A triathlon in spring and hopefully a marathon next spring/summer!

  • look in the mirror or at old pictures of me with a belly!

  • any time I can get out and log 4 miles or more I feel like I had a great workout. Also, IMPROVING on something from the time before...lifting more weights, running faster, swimming more laps, etc.

Fitness Details

  • Improve overall health

  • I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.

  • I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)
