A newer route through the MARC train station track pedestrian underpass is safer--no vehicular traffic (Ellis showed me this last summer!). Challenging enough due to long sloping hills--3 of them on Rt 450! PATH ENDS AT 193.
Ride over to Greenway Center Shoppng Center and a 2-1/2-3 mile ride around the huge parking lot--3 revolutions and some loop-de-loops! Then back down to Cipriano and 4th street to 93rd Ave to Odgen to Sheridan! WOW!

This is my routine route. The route is 10 miles actually. A 2.5 miles lake trail + a 8 miles wood trail. This route can bike, can run and walking. People are nice and environment is safe in this route.
