Always have to check schedules...I train in a private gym, at private homes, and public fitness facilities. My training is One to One Fitness
Not properly training for a race and "Bonking"
Increase cardio output, e.g. run faster with a lower heart rate, using fat for fuel
record workouts in log, always have a 6-8-12-26 week goal
One that leaves "fuel in the tank for the next workout"
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I consider myself somewhat of an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
