Workout - July 10, 2019
Had played basketball the previous night and ran 2 miles the night before that so I was already a little sore. I slowed my pace down and was just trying to get 2 miles in. I was pleased I was able to accomplish my goal. I'm hoping to increase my distance on Friday.
