PowerBar's Practical Tips for Marathon Training

PowerBar has created some great fuel, both in granola bar form and energy gel, to power you through your workouts. They have released a short article with three good tips on marathon training that you should read if you are new to distance running or if you have ever run the distance and are running it again. The coaches at CTS wrote the article and had some good things to say.

I have been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2000 who has trained over 3000 hours. I specialize in pre- and post-natal fitness, stretching, running, and weight loss.
