World Gym - Waldorf
In July of 2008 I hit a maximum weight of 270 pounds. I'm 5'7" and currently as of this writing (Oct. 2009) I weigh 205. I'd like to lose about 30-35 more.
Being able to go from being almost completely out of shape to toning myself up fairly well in a year.
Maxing out at 270 pounds.
Losing another 30 pounds, after losing 65.
None. I'm currently pretty active with cardio exercises at the gym.
Getting to the gym. I always procrastinate but still end up making it there 4-5 times a week.
Getting on the scale.
When you get that surge of adrenaline pulsing through your veins, and you can feel the burn throughout your body.
Lose body fat
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I like to have fun and prefer partners who don't take it too seriously.
