42 year old male
I am 32 year old male, trying to get in better shape. I weigh 190 lbs and would like to stay around that weight but just turn more of it to muscle than fat. I am slowly moving towards that goal as we speak.
Having people I dont know comment "nicely" on my appearance.
When I get sick for a week and than come back to exercising and feel like I lost a months worth of workouts.
Shave off a few more inches on the stomach area.
Would like to get back into sports, tennis, badminton, skiing etc. All the things I did as a teenager.
Staying consistent. Doing good so far, longest I have ever been on a workout schedule (1.5 years)
Look at the results in the mirror, change up the routine and look at old pictures of myself.
A good sweat, along with all major muscles that feel worked, and nice and sore muscles the next day. Then it feels like I worked hard the day before.
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I prefer partners who push through an intense workout with minimal chit-chat.
