Welcome Personal Trainers

1) HOW TO ENTER

You may enter the sweepstakes by visiting http://www.fitlink.com/online-personal-trainer and completing the personal training survey online. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw. Entries will be accepted every day, including legal holidays. LIMIT: One entry per month per e-mail address.

2) ELIGIBILITY

The sweepstakes is open to anyone who is at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of FitLink LLC, and the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings) and household members of such employees are not eligible.

3) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

A monthly random drawing will be conducted by FitLink from all eligible entries received during a promotion period.

Winners will be sent their prize-winning notification via e-mail. Selected winner shall be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within Five (5) business days of attempted notification date. If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason, is ineligible or does not comply with these official rules, fails to claim a prize, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected. Winners may be required to verify their address before delivery of prizes.

4) OWNERSHIP OF E-MAIL ADDRESS

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter the sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winner may be required to show proof of being the "authorized account holder."

5) ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in a promotion period.

6) PRIZE

FitLink will award one (1) iPod Shuffle to one (1) winner of the sweepstakes whose name is randomly drawn from all entries received in accordance with paragraph 3 of these Official Rules and who is otherwise eligible.

7) PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

All taxes, fees, and insurance expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that FitLink may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event it deems necessary. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, expressed or implied, except as provided by the supplier. No prize will be replaced if lost or stolen once issued to the recipient.

8) WINNER'S NAME

Winner's name will be posted on the Prize Winners page (/winners) at http://www.FitLink.com for a minimum of 14 days, after which it may be removed. 9) PUBLICATION

Sweepstakes entry constitutes permission for FitLink.com to use entrants' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10) MISCELLANEOUS

This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. FitLink LLC shall be entitled to interpret these rules as needed - including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of winner, deadlines, restrictions on the prize, and eligibility - and all of its decisions are final. By entering, you agree to these conditions. You agree that FitLink LLC and any subsidiaries and affiliates, and their consultants, agencies and employees, and any telephone network or service provider shall not be responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete transcription of entry information; for lost, stolen, late, or misdirected entries; for incorrect e-mail addresses or bounced-back e-mail messages; for destruction or alteration of entries; for unauthorized access to entries; or for any human error, technical malfunction, delay in operation or transmission, lost data, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction. Proof of sending an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by FitLink.

FitLink reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
