With all the people that I have trained, Motivation is the biggest challenge. Hears the pattern you need to watch for, and if you know this it will help you move forward in the right direction. First you get fired up and look forward to your workout. The next stage is your getting sidetracked and workouts seem to be in the way of some of the other thing you want to do, almost a burden. The last stage is the one that You will succeed in your goals if you make it to is Routine. When your workout feels like it just fits into part of your life and just not right without it, You know that you will Succeed. and you will like the WOW you get from other people...
