I have over fifteen years experience in the fitness industry. I have a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as a registered nurse and personal trainer. I've worked as a manager of a fitness facility and led their personal training program. I keep up to date on the latest fitness trends by attending frequent fitness workshops and consistently reading training materials.

I've been in the fitness field for over fifteen years. I've managed fitness facilities, worked as group fitness coordinator and personal trainer. I teach kickbox, spin, yoga, boot camp and pilates. Additionally, I love to run and lift weights.
I love being a personal trainer and motivating others. I focus on listening to my clients and designing programs for them that will help them attain their health and fitness goals.
I'd like to run a marathon and possibly do a triathalon in the near future. I've done a couple of half-marathons but haven't found the time to train for the full marathon yet. I hope to do that this year.
I'd like to get into biking.
The biggest challenge I've had recently is trying to find running routes. I've just recently moved to the north Georgia area and haven't been able to find a good route that is close by.
I stay motivated by always remembering how important my health is and the high energy level and sense of well being I get from my workouts.
A great workout is knowing you put ALL OUT effort in and you pushed yourself to the max. It's all about getting your heart rate elevated, sweating and pushing yourself a little more each workout.
