    About Me

    • I have 2 kids now and need to get back in shape from the second one. I'm free during the day for activities I can bring my baby too (walking, hiking, some biking soon). Evenings would allow for anything and my goal is to get back in shape and try out the Mermaid Triathlon I've been eyeing for 2 years.

    • Getting back in shape after my first kid.

    • 40 pounds over weight before I ever thought about getting pregnant.

    • Lose weight, get in shape, try out a triathlon. Maybe not that last one but definitely do a mud run again - those are fun!

    • I enjoy biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking (rowing would be fun). I 'd be interested in trying almost anything.
      Mountain biking is on my to do list too!

    • keeping motivated and making time for a regular workout in my busy schedule

    • try on my skinny jeans to see if they fit

    • good stretching followed by outdoor fun and a sense of worked muscles afterwards
