About Me

  • I am a naturalist and am looking for people to exercise with. I am very interested in walking. I take both Tai Chi and Yoga. I teach during the day and like to take classes in the evenings. I love learning new things and welcome new ideas.

  • My highlight is trying new poses and practicing. I am no guru by any means but will try my best.

  • I want to continue to stay committed to my health and fitness even when it becomes difficult to do so.

  • Intergrating a more stable routine to include cardiovascular activities.

  • Jogging.

  • Prioritizing my health above all else.

  • Reminding myself of the short and long term benefits of leading a healthy balanced lifestyle.

  • Challenging myself to take new risks and fulfilling my goals.

    Anyone in the San Diego area interested in walking in the evenings and on weekends? Not training for a marathon but definitely building up stamina:-)
