40 year old female
I mad this profile about 5 years ago, and never checked back for responses...At the time I was well over 300 lbs. Now, I'm 186, but I feel my old habits creeping up on me. I still lack motivatio and get bored with doing the same old routines...I would like to find someone who is amped up enough that just maybe their energy can rub off on me. I just need to get started, really. And find someone who is not looking to be stuck in a gym every single time they workout. I would rather stand in my living room and pop in a Jillian Michaels DVD before I do that, lol. I'M LOOKING TO GET FIT AND HAVE FUN!!!PS. Before you ask how I lost the weight--I had the infamous RNY surgery. I ate very well and worked out like I never wanted to see Lane Bryant again, lol...
Seriously, any workout that I completed without passing out is a highlight for me, lol....That was my answer 5 yrs ago, and I'm sticking to it!But I used to feel so bad about skipping a workout that I refused to skip. I want to feel that way again. Like my life depended on it--because it does.
Where I am today. It's worse than when I was 365lbs, because now I CAN do it, my mind is in the way. It's not the weight holding me back anymore.
I would like to tone up. I would also LOVE to be fit enough to run.
Bike riding, zumba, running, hiking, Kickboxing.
Keeping things interesting...
Try new things, and reading success stories.
Sweat and not pooping out!
I have little motivation to exercise.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

Are you still looking for a weightloss buddy? I have a membership at the Ballys on Aramingo Ave, would this be something you'd consider?
