I'm hoping to tone myself and acquie a mental toughness.
Anything really. I'm always open to trying new things :)
The hardest thing about working out is finding the right motivation and being able to stay with the workout. Everything needs a purpose and without one there is no point to anything.
I talk to myself (in my head) and keep telling myself that it doesn't matter what anyone thinks. As long as I know what I want and what I am doing, nothing else matters.
A great workout consists of doing my best, having better results, and feeling good about myself, not to mention a load of sweat!
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I am a novice and dont know where to start.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
