About Me

  • Running the TC10 miler in 2001.

  • Adding three minutes per mile to my running due to lay off.

  • 5k or !0k or 1/2 marathon

  • Maybe swimming

  • Getting out of the house.

  • Look in the mirror and then at some old in shape pictures

  • Sweating and acomplishing the distance set out without a walking break.

Fitness Details

  • Lose body fat

  • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

  • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

  • Afternoons (2pm-5pm)

    This site looks interesting and easy to navigate and anyone who would like to keep in touch with me is welcome. I have been running off and on for a long time and at the present time, I am easing back into it with good results. My children all run and my youngest has finished two Marathons. Austin Texas, and the Nike Womens this year in San Francisco. I have a ways to go to get to her level.
