Hey, I am a young 67 yo (ectomorph -hard weight gainer) married guy 5.11, 140. I am looking soon to begin training at Executive Fitness gym in the Medical Dental building. I picked this place because it it a 10 min bus ride for me. Self employed so looking at 10 ish time slot
Mi I have done a bunch of research on the anti aging thing and started mild dosages of HGH peptides to drop the abdominal fat and sticking to the high protien veggi diet 80%. It is working. Awesome encouraging. Next step is to put some lean (10-15) pounds on bulk. So I will be switching to a high carb diet to get the fuel my body will need.
I have always been a runner 15 miles a week for light cardio. Of course all my same age friends envy I am slim. I have trained at the Washington Athletic club in the past always with younger guys. However, at that time I saw little added muscle and I did not know I was an ectomorph. We are the opposite of other guys ..now I know I need to eat eat eat. Obviously I am not opposed to chemicals that have no side effects.
So if you are reading this it would be fun to find a guy with similar goals.
