I am a mom of three desperately wanting to shed several years of baby fat. It's stuck and I want it off. I am looking for someone who can workout early and keep me consistent.
I ran a half marathon 10 years ago.
Gaining mommy weight.
I need to lose 30 lbs.
?? Anything that burns fat and calories.
Consistency.
I keep trying on the clothes hanging in my closet that don't fit. I WILL fit back into all of them!

I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
