I have heard of that DVD-do you like it? My sister and a friend of mine love DVD's for workouts because there is no commute time involved. I'll tell them to check that one out!
I'm doing a Walk Off the Pounds DVD with a friend 2 days a week.
I'm making lasagna. I believe that it is most important to limit portions and eat what you like. Fortunately for me I like a lot of healthy foods. Of course, fat grams do seem to become cellulite but I did use part skim cheeses in the lasagna. Counts for something, right?
Now that the school year is coming to an end I will do more walking and ride my bike.
