About Me

  • I have an endocrine dissorder that causes me to gain weight if I don't stick to a strict diet and exercise almost daily. I am a big girl but extremely motivated and I love to sweat.

  • I lost 100lbs
    I have my orange belt in Karate

  • Wanting to get out and exercise before I was diagnosed and treated but I just couldn't physically do it.

  • More weight loss ~ I wan to be able to run a mile non-stop.

  • I will try anything once as long as I don't have to watch myself do it in a mirror!

  • Finding others who are as motivated as I am

  • I think of how crappy I feel when I don't get exercise.

  • When my heart rate has been raised consistantly for at leaste 45 minutes.

Fitness Details

    Keep up the hard work...remember, if it was easy, everyone (including those with endocrine and other metabolic disorders) would be fit!
