I have an endocrine dissorder that causes me to gain weight if I don't stick to a strict diet and exercise almost daily. I am a big girl but extremely motivated and I love to sweat.
I lost 100lbs
I have my orange belt in Karate
Wanting to get out and exercise before I was diagnosed and treated but I just couldn't physically do it.
More weight loss ~ I wan to be able to run a mile non-stop.
I will try anything once as long as I don't have to watch myself do it in a mirror!
Finding others who are as motivated as I am
I think of how crappy I feel when I don't get exercise.
When my heart rate has been raised consistantly for at leaste 45 minutes.
Improve overall health
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

Keep up the hard work...remember, if it was easy, everyone (including those with endocrine and other metabolic disorders) would be fit!
