38 year old female
Do *not* consistently exercise, but looking to change that! I’m interested in losing the twenty pounds of cozy winter weight and reap the mental benefits of exercise. I also to create a social space for these activities, because I have very little motivation on my own.
Hiked the MD portion of the Appalachian Trail.
The last six months of zero exercise, terrible eating, too much social drinking
Would love to do more long distance hikes. Also develop a running habit, take some fun dance/exercise classes consistently, drop the twenty pounds of winter weight.
