I train the whole body. I don't compartmentalize when it comes to fitness. You want to lose fat, you have to lose it all over. You want to build muscle or get cut, it must be done all over. nutrition, cardio and strength training go hand in hand. All are important components to optimum health.
Fat loss, basic nutritional counseling, weight lifting, running, sports specification, post-surgical injury recovery for hips, shoulders, knees and back.

I do private in-home training, I also work at Fitness 19 in Eastpointe, MI as well as co-coordinate and instruct fitness boot camps in the area.
Evenings between 5PM and 9PM m - f and Saturday and Sunday between 9 AM and 7 PM.
At age 33 I was 220 lbs, had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, was pre-diabetic and had NO ENERGY! I decided to change my life for the better. A year and a half later I reached my goal weight, lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and was no longer a risk for diabetes. But most importantly had adapted to a healthier lifestyle. Over two years later I have maintained my weight loss and recently became a certified personal trainer. I am truly blessed in my life and want to share those riches with others.
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.

I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer partners who push through an intense workout with minimal chit-chat.
