I am a 30 y.o. married man. I've decided that I want to look better naked to give my wife a little something to drool over ;).
I managed to lose 35 pounds by tracking my calorie intake and expenditures.
I gained 65 pounds after I had gotten out of the Army. I realized that I needed to get back into control.
My next goal is to reach a BF% of less than 20%
I decided I'm going to start weight-lifting to try to build up my muscles a little bit.
The most challenging thing for me with working out is staying on top of it.
Improve overall health
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
