i need to ge on op of my eating habits. i also have blood diease, but it not a problem, also i have leg cramps. i think i'm over weigtj, well i know i'm. when i was working out i felt good no fatigue.

I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
