I'm extremely active and out-going. Looking for motivation in keeping up with my goals of staying fit.
Once I get started, it's hard for stop.

I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
